Job Description: Finance Business Partner f/m/x in Royal Canin Location: Aimargues Permanent role Step into a dynamic business partnering role at Royal Canin and leverage your financial expertise to shape the future of our regional A&CP, overheads, and business transformation processes. What will be your key responsibilities?
In this role, you will lead the financial agenda across two critical pillars: A&CP/Overheads Management and Regional Transformation. A&CP & Overheads (Commercial Finance & Business Partnering): Partner with the regional demand team to provide actionable insights and manage financials to achieve target business goals. Lead the regional execution of the IVCP (Integrated Value Creation Plan) business case with an ROI-focused mindset, in close collaboration with the Regional FP&A Manager.
Act as the primary point of contact for regional digital finance implementations relating to FP&A and Business Partnering. Automate and produce periodic standard performance decks to drive reporting efficiency. Lead all A&CP and Overheads initiatives in the region. This includes managing the coordination, planning, and communication of activities; streamlining all inputs for timely written and electronic reporting; establishing key event calendars; and proactively identifying business opportunities to recommend future strategic actions.
Manage end-to-end finance projects related to A&CP and Overheads within the region. Design and deliver transparent financial reporting (specifically focusing on A&CP and Overheads) to provide the organization with clear visibility into performance. Share insights on period performance in global segment deck and lead period communication with global colleagues.
Transformation Coordinate with project teams on a periodic basis to gather actual progress and financial tracking from all project and market streams, consolidating them into a unified regional view. Periodically report project spending and costs to key stakeholders across the region and the Global RC Team. Support local business units with the financial governance processes of the transformation project.
Own, manage, and review transformation cost data to ensure seamless alignment with costs booked in HFM and HELIOS. Collaborate with the Project PMO on FTE tracking and reporting. What Are We Looking For?
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Marketing/Demand Finance. Experience in a market FP&A or direct Business Partnering role is preferred.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI) What can you expect from Mars?
