GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings at various facilities including carpentry, basic electrical, plumbing, framing and drywall while abiding by all safety guidelines; repairs and treats structures such as floors, sinks, walls, roofs, and carpets; performs minor trouble shooting and repairs; maintains clean, safe, and orderly work sites.
