Program Coordinator - Your Job Story Program (FT Permanent)

The Program Coordinator of the Your Job Story will provide employment services to at risk youth. The position works with the Employment and Newcomer Services unit and provides oversight of multiple services including: resource information and referral support, job coaching and case management, job development and incentive supports to the unemployed/underemployed youth wishing to work in Ontario.

Reporting to the Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the management of program development and facilitation, ensuring that contractual obligations are exceeded, ensuring that there is sufficient community awareness for the program, and to ultimately bridge the gap between employers and job seekers.
