Your Role

Serve as Subject Matter Expert and primary escalation point for complex orders, credit topics, and delivery issues; Handle advanced order validation, special commercial terms, and financial approvals; Coordinate priority deliveries with Logistics and resolve high-impact operational issues; Oversee documentation quality for complex transactions and ensure audit readiness; Monitor high-risk receivables and support Finance in resolving disputes; Lead stock analysis and align with Sales/SCM on inventory optimization.

Your Profile

Good command of spoken and written English and German - minimum B2 level; 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and Order Management Strong O2C, SAP SD, and international trade expertise; Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; Ability to drive process improvements and support team development; High ownership, accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.
