Consultant, AI Adoption & Enablement

Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a Consultant, AI Adoption & Enablement, helping client teams change the way they work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents. This is an enablement-first role. You will facilitate sessions, run training and office hours, create the content people learn from, and gather requirements for the agents our technical team builds.

You do not need to be a developer, but you do need to be genuinely curious about the technology and confident in front of a room. You will work under the direction of senior consultants who will coach you, and you will be given real ownership of tasks early.
