Manage PR, PO, and Post-PO processes as per SLAs. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and DOA. Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth service delivery.

Monitor operational performance and resolve issues proactively. Drive process improvements through Automation, AI, and digital tools. Lead and develop operational teams. Maintain SOPs, KPIs, governance, and business continuity plans. Deliver customer-focused, efficient, and quality procurement services. Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or Management; MBA preferred.

IIMM/CSM/CPA certification preferred. Experience in SAP and Shared Services environments. Exposure to AI, Automation, SharePoint, and Advanced Excel. 12-15 years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain. Minimum 5 years of team management experience. Experience in Projects, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Services sectors.

Knowledge of Import Procurement and vendor management. Understanding of GST, e-Way Bill, and statutory compliance. Exposure to EPC procurement and techno-commercial evaluations. Experience in PR-to-PO, PO amendments, and post-PO activities. Strong stakeholder management and service delivery skills. Good communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
