Case Manager, Vancouver (Temporary, Full-Time)

This position involves ministering to the tenants living in UGM’s transitional and permanent housing program. ‘Ministering’ entails forming relationships, loving, praying, declaring the good news of Jesus Christ and making disciples as well as assisting the community members with material needs, access to services, and advocating for social justice.

The Case Manager’s primary task involves working with clients to set goals help them move forward by providing care and support through the continuum of care. This may include making referrals for housing, clothing, shelter, recovery and a wide variety of other sundry duties as dictated by the needs of the individuals we serve.
