Sales Engineer

Centro is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Engineer to help grow our business, support customer projects, and serve as a key link between our customers and internal teams. This role combines technical sales, project management, and customer relationship management in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Support industry-leading customers, including brands such as John Deere, Caterpillar, Toro, and Bad Boy Mowers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Prepare quotations, pricing, and customer proposals. Coordinate customer requirements with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Materials teams.

Support new product launches, project management, and issue resolution. Conduct customer visits and provide technical guidance related to product design and manufacturing.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in sales, customer service, engineering, or manufacturing. Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional schedule variations based on business needs. This position also involves travel to our current and prospective customer's sites. Centro is an equal opportunity employer.
