Medical Director

The Medical Director, Behavioral Health provides clinical, quality, and regulatory leadership across Lucet's behavioral health programs and health plan operations. This role is responsible for driving clinical excellence, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and affordability through oversight of behavioral health programs, medical management activities, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams.

The Medical Director partners with internal and external stakeholders to improve access to behavioral health services, support evidence-based clinical decision-making, optimize member outcomes, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
