Trading, Intern - Health & Fitness (September Intake)

Responsibilities

1. Communicate with supplier through email (update on item stock on hand/ stock availability/promotion/price revision/ price setting).
2. Help on filling up & submitting promo setting/ predefine/ cost revision/ promo cost/ data maintenance form to admin team.
3. Help supplier with their enquiries.
4. Generate purchase order-help to submit weekly sales commentary report & stock on hand report for both supervisors.
5. Update on stock availability & ETA stock availability date every week.
6. Submit sales performance report every Monday (Arrange & file poison signed order & check order quantity).
7. Communicate with supplier about the products to list in.
8. Update every store on new announcement/ notice of promotion & price increase every week.
9. Create parent / child item code.
10. Make price comparison with other competitors for health & fitness products every week.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Retail Management or Business Administration.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
4. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (such as formula, function or lookup).
