Responsibilities

Analyze, research, and develop product features with advanced cheminformatics capabilities Integrate and adapt existing cheminformatics algorithms for use specified by the client Develop and maintain databases for chemical data storage and retrieval Ensure that the code and components comply with internal quality standards Requirements Degree in chemistry, biochemistry or a similar field Strong knowledge of cheminformatics and molecular modeling 2+ years of experience in Python programming Knowledge of RDKit or a similar library Desire to grow as an IT specialist in Life Sciences and Cheminformatics Nice to have Be experienced in Numpy, Pandas, Jupyter.

Lab, Git Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases Familiarity with machine learning applications for chemistry Critical thinking skills, experience in wet-lab research and conducting experiments
