Job description
The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, leading, and maintaining clinical and patient care standards for the hospital. The incumbent oversees daily operations, nursing practice, and patient care delivery of all clinical areas within the hospital. Responsible for managing and developing staff, implementing evidence-based policies and procedures, supporting quality and performance improvement initiatives, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, while being mindful of budget administration.
Supports goals and tactics to meet the strategic business plan objectives of Grande Ronde Hospital.
