Fleet Maintenance and Workshop Manager

Passenger transportation company is seeking a Fleet Maintenance and Workshop Manager for a small-sized operation. Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of the bus fleet, mainly Volvo and Prevost units, ensuring safety, operational availability, and compliance with international standards. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.

Supervise mechanical and technical work. Manage workshop, tools, and spare parts. Coordinate external suppliers and Volvo/Prevost dealers. Control maintenance costs and budget.

Education

Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years in bus or heavy vehicle maintenance. Knowledge: Diesel mechanics, electronic diagnostics, preventive maintenance. Technical Competencies: Diesel mechanics
