Source top IT professionals across Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, AI, Data, and Cybersecurity. Negotiate rates, vendor margins, and subcontractor agreements. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.

Work with VMS portals and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

✔️ 3–5 years of experience in US IT Contract Staffing. ✔️ Hands-on expertise in C2C, Corp-to-Corp, and Contract-to-Hire hiring. ✔️ Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and business development. ✔️ Strong understanding of modern IT technologies and hiring trends. ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
