• You need to be based in Poland ? B2B contract ? Individual contributor — no people management You won’t just work on the platform. You’ll own it. We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Platform Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of a growing AWS platform supporting high-volume, global digital products. This is a role for someone who still wants to write the Terraform, shape the architecture and be the person production calls when things get interesting. What you’ll own ☁️ A multi-account AWS Organization spanning multiple environments and regions ?️ Terraform + Terragrunt infrastructure at scale ? GitHub Actions CI/CD with OIDC, automated promotion and rollback ? ECS/Fargate-based service delivery ? Observability, alerting, reliability and incident response ? Multi-region expansion across Europe, Asia and North America ? Security, IAM, auditability and compliance ? Cloud cost and capacity ? Architecture decisions, technical standards and the platform roadmap You’ll also lead a major Pulumi → Terraform migration , make partner onboarding increasingly configuration-driven, and build the paved road that lets product engineers get from an empty repository to production without reinventing infrastructure. We’re looking for someone who has: 7+ years in infrastructure, platform or SRE engineering 4+ years owning production infrastructure Deep, hands-on AWS Organization experience — SCPs, IAM Identity Center, cross-account access, VPCs, routing, NAT, DNS Strong Terraform at scale experience, including modules, environments and remote state Designed and owned CI/CD pipelines used by other engineers Real production/on-call and incident leadership experience Strong networking fundamentals — DNS, TCP, TLS, load balancing, containers Excellent technical writing and architectural decision-making skills Working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript Bonus points Experience with Pulumi → Terraform migrations, multi-region AWS, Cloudflare, Auth0, NATS/Kafka, regulated environments, FinOps, or AI coding agents. You’ll need to be comfortable making architectural decisions, writing the Terraform yourself, owning production, communicating trade-offs and getting things shipped.
