IT Specialist

HEDSouth is growing, and we’re looking for an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps our office, field, and leadership teams running smoothly and securely. You Are: A trustworthy individual. You Have: A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ. Your Location: Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020 Your Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!! Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm Occasional after hours support for urgent outages Your Manager: Wallace, Chief Technology Officer HEDSouth’s Core Values Mindfulness Luxury Passion Professionalism Own The Network: Design, Deploy, Support Documentation: Track all systems, accounts, licenses, and configurations Support: First and last line of support for internal and client related outages Microsoft 365 Administration: Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams Security & Backup: Protect company and client data, maintain backups and recovery plans 5+ yrs of experience in IT, systems administration, or network administration Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience Strong networking and endpoint management skills across Windows and macOS Able to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical staff and clients Luxury or high net worth client experience (a plus!)
