Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Guides crossfunctional teams in designing and implementing advanced electrical engineering solutions for complex projects. Sets technical direction and provides problem solving guidance to other Engineers and Technicians. Complex Problem Solving: Analyzes and resolves intricate electrical engineering challenges using sophisticated analytical methods and innovative approaches.
Advisory Support: Provides expert recommendations to management on best practices and technological advancements to enhance products and processes. Process Optimization: Identifies and implements technology driven improvements to optimize engineering workflows and increase operational efficiency. Cross. Functional Collaboration: Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to support medium to large sized projects.
