Seasonal Guest Services Coordinator

Natural Retreats is hiring a Seasonal Guest Services Coordinator to join our Park City, UT team for the upcoming season! This position ensures that all guests have accurate information and all homes are guest ready. Guest Services personnel function as one of the primary interfaces with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

COMPENSATION

$22.00 / hour ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. To be a brand ambassador, promoting Park City Natural Retreats, all NR locations, and services to guests/colleagues alike Ensure that all guests receive amazing customer service in all aspects of their stay from arrival through to their departure Communicate with guests and owners on the phone and electronically Schedule all arrangements for guests with preferred vendors Perform complete Home Inspections prior to guest arrival to ensure accommodation is prepared to Natural Retreats’ standards Perform complete inspections, utilizing our Breezeway system, following guest departures to ensure no damage to property has occurred and work with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to properly document and report any damages Assist with the general administration of the office and other duties assigned by management Responsible for reporting of guest incidental charges (lost keys, phone use, deliveries, etc.)

to the Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager Ensure open, honest and timely communication to the onsite team, all departments and supporting offices Maintain a clean un-cluttered front desk work area Responsible for detailed knowledge of property inventory, location, amenities etc. Prepare check-in packets for arrivals as needed Ensure all homes are guest ready and be responsible for processing work orders for maintenance and housekeeping issues and follow through that all work orders are completed Adhere and abide by all policies, procedures, and processes as defined by Natural Retreats US, LLC Perform other duties as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the Team Member for this job.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS : REQUIRED High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with good driving record - will be operating company vehicles Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software programs Strong organizational skills Keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as a team Outstanding customer service Effective time management with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

and be active up to 80% of the workday DESIRED Experience in hospitality, property management, and/or hotels POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK : This is a full-time, seasonal position. Due to the nature of the job, the Guest Services Coordinator should be flexible with his/her hours. Weekends and holidays are generally busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days.

This may mean working inconsistent, evening or on-call hours. Exact daily schedules may vary and will be subject to change. We encourage all of our Team Members to take 2 days off per week where possible. **To be eligible for employment, candidates for this safety sensitive position, must pass a pre-employment (5 panel non THC) drug test upon hire.
