Job description
The Director of Sales is a senior commercial leadership position responsible for driving profitable global growth across the company’s Extruded Rubber & Plastic Products business. The position will lead a global team of Sales Account Managers and oversee strategic relationships with key automotive, aftermarket, and industrial customers. The Director will have significant responsibility for customer profitability and commercial performance, including P&L ownership, new business development, pricing strategy, PPV recovery, cost analysis, customer negotiations, and strategic account development.
