Comfort Advisor - HVAC Residential Sales Rep

The Comfort Advisor is a critical role reporting directly to the General Manager. This role supports Home. Serve’s goal to dramatically increase installation revenue growth (Heating, Cooling and Water Heaters) within the Energy Services business. This position will collaborate with the Marketing, Business Development, Service Delivery, and other organizations to develop and execute sales strategies that will result in increased market share for traditional heating and cooling installation volumes.
