• The Director of Goodwill Home Medical Equipment is responsible for overseeing the operations, strategic planning, and growth of the Goodwill Home Medical Equipment division within Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia. This role involves ensuring the efficient distribution and accessibility of medical equipment to individuals in need, while maintaining high standards of quality and service. The Director will lead initiatives to expand the reach and impact of the program, fostering partnerships and enhancing community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the distribution and accessibility of home medical equipment.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand program reach and impact.
• Monitor and analyze program performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving growth in a similar setting.
