Operation Specialist

Join our team as an Operation Specialist, reporting to the Program Manager and working closely with our Treatment Team. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment while supporting clients in their daily routines.

Responsibilities include

monitoring facility cleanliness, ensuring client accountability, supervising chore assignments, conducting client orientations, and tracking curfews or furloughs. You'll also handle phone calls, log communications, and manage documentation in line with agency and funding requirements. Make a real impact in the lives of others while contributing to a positive and supportive community.
