Facilities & Utilities Group Lead

The Facilities & Utilities Group Lead is a hands-on technical position responsible for coordinating daily facilities and utility maintenance activities while performing troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

The Group Lead provides day-to-day work direction, technical guidance, coaching, and training; coordinates contractors and maintenance resources; and communicates equipment risks, performance concerns, and resource needs to management. Formal employment decisions and department-level authority remain with management.
