015-194 Landscaper SC State Fire Academy $13 (SC, Columbia)

Primary Purpose: Maintain the grounds to the requirements of the contract.

Duties:

• Grounds: Cut Grass, Weed Eat and Trim Bushes

• Sidewalks: Blow off Debris and Pressure Wash

• Trash: Remove All Trash from Grounds and Empty All Trash Receptacles

Requirements:

• Background Check

• Drug Testing

• Muat have a valid driver’s license

• Must be able to operate a Zero Turn Lawnmower

• Must be able to operate a weed eater

• Must be able to operate a blower

• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds for the entire shift

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift

• Must be able to climb stairs for the entire shift

• Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling, and squatting for the entire shift

• Must be detailed oriented

• Must have reliable transportation arrangements

• Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting

• Must be willing to wear all required PPE

• Must adhere to all safety protocols
