• Yakima, WA, Salary Range: $22.18 - $23.59Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, OBJECTIVE With a positive and cheerful attitude, transcribe specialty communication from all members of the medical staff from recorded dictation and patient charts. REPORTS TO Site Manager STATUS Part Time (up to 23 hours per week) SCHEDULE Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. These are our normal office hours. However, work hours for this position fluctuate based on our doctors’ availability and the patient schedule. SKILLS REQUIRED Computer knowledge General office skills: telephone, filing, keyboard, 10-key Good organization skills Good written and verbal communication Ability to work independently Detail orientated Good listening skills Pleasant, cooperative, caring attitude Willing to work with others to set and achieve goals PHYSICAL ABILITIES Lift up to 50 pounds Answer telephones Sit for extended periods of time Acute hearing Use keyboard Good visual acuity for computer screen, etc.
