Your role

Responsible for performing and reviewing PSP reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and liaising with PSPs to resolve outstanding items in a timely manner. Conduct regular audits of fees charged by Payment Service Providers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agreed commercial terms. Perform detailed analysis of PSP fees, identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations to management to optimise payment processing costs.

Responsible for the review, validation, and processing of corporate and wallet payments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established internal controls and procedures. Responsible for preparing and submitting FSC surveys, tax computations, and other regulatory or tax-related information, as well as addressing related queries from relevant stakeholders and authorities.

Act as a key point of contact with regulatory, tax, and other relevant authorities, providing required financial information and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete reporting of financial information to management and relevant stakeholders. Apply and interpret IAS/IFRS requirements in accounting and financial reporting matters, ensuring transactions and financial statements are appropriately accounted for.

Perform financial analysis and provide management with meaningful insights into business performance, costs, profitability, and financial trends. Contribute to the company's strategic planning and decision-making process by providing financial analysis, forecasts, recommendations, and commercially focused insights. Continuously review existing financial processes and controls, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Accounting and Finance Team Lead and Deputy CFO.

Requirements

ACCA qualified or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 5+ years of finance experience, including experience in audit and financial analyst. Strong understanding of IAS / IFRS, taxation, and other key financial analysis. Knowledge of SAP Accounting software Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills are a must. Strong numerical sensitivity and sound understanding of accounting principles. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Fast learner and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across departments. Proactive mindset, with a readiness to embrace challenges and new opportunities. Resumes must be submitted in English.
