Installation Technician / Finish Carpenter Randal Retail Group LLC | Travel Position Pay: $25.00�$32.00 per hour Experience Level: Entry Level Location: 100% Travel Required Job Summary Randal Retail Group LLC is seeking a dependable Installation Technician / Finish Carpenter to assist with retail installation projects at locations throughout the country.

The ideal candidate has basic carpentry skills, experience with finish work and trim installation, and the ability to travel full-time to job sites. Experience with solid surface materials and laminate installation is a plus. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with tools, completing installations, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform basic carpentry and finish work at retail installation sites. Install trim and complete detailed finish carpentry tasks. Assist with installation of solid surface and laminate materials. Travel to job sites as assigned and complete work according to project requirements. Work alongside the installation team to ensure quality and timely completion.

Maintain a professional and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Basic carpentry skills are required. Experience with trim work and finish carpentry is preferred over framing experience. Solid surface and laminate installation experience is a plus. Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time. Dependable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team. A personal truck is not required.

Initial Project Location The first assignment is in Norwalk, Connecticut. Candidates must be comfortable traveling and working at assigned job sites.
