TA Business Partner

Job Description Talent Acquisition Business Advisors are responsible for activities related to attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the recruitment needs of an organization. They work under the supervision of Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand the company's hiring requirements and to support the development of effective recruitment strategies.

They maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including candidate records, interview feedback, and other relevant recruitment metrics. They act as a single point of contact and are accountable for the end-to-end experience of their candidates. Job Description

• Grade Specific Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment activities for assigned positions. Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Provide timely follow-up and communication to candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reporting. Support talent pipeline development initiatives. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with internal teams in a multicultural and global environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience. Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1 or higher). Experience sourcing and screening candidates. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail. Availability to travel and work from the client's site as required. <div
