Sr. Analyst, Asset Management

The Senior Analyst, Asset Management supports the department's objective of maximizing operational performance and investment returns at both the individual asset and portfolio levels. This role analyzes property performance, financial results, and market trends while supporting asset-level business planning, strategic initiatives, and reporting to drive value and inform investment decisions.

The position will primarily focus on assets located in the Washington, DC market. As such, you must be willing to travel to DC approximately one week per month. Prior experience working with multifamily assets in Washington, DC market is a plus, as familiarity with the market's submarkets, competitive landscape, and operating dynamics can help accelerate success in the role, but it is not required.
