Business Operations
Job description
ABOUT NABI Nabi is building a new behavioral healthcare system to serve 100M patients with exceptional care in the next 10 years. We're starting with the first digital health platform for eating disorders, powered by an agentic care model that empowers clinicians to deliver continuous, high-quality care. We've already served tens of thousands of members and raised over $19M from the top VC firms in Silicon Valley.
WHY WE NEED YOU Delivering exceptional care at scale takes exceptional operations. Patients need to get into care quickly. Clinicians need to get hired, onboarded, and ready to see patients. Our growth team needs the systems and support to reach more people. You’ll own the operations that make this happen. You’ll work across patient enrollment, clinical operations, and growth, with the autonomy to identify what needs to change and drive it through to completion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Patient enrollment from first contact. Lead our patient outreach team and make it easier for prospective patients to start care.
- The clinical hiring and onboarding engine. Partner with clinical leadership to keep recruiting moving, deliver a smooth onboarding experience, and coordinate training. Own the details and handoffs that help new clinicians get ready to see patients quickly.
- Clinician ramp and ongoing operations. Monitor clinician availability and caseloads, identify barriers to filling schedules, and work across teams to resolve them.
- Operations that help our growth team succeed. Own the sourcing pipeline for sales hires. Equip reps with the materials, information, and day-to-day support they need to build referral relationships.
- Better systems as we scale. Find gaps, simplify workflows, and build repeatable processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Based in San Francisco (this is an in-person role)
- Obsessive attention to detail — nothing falls through the cracks when you're on it
- Self-motivated and self-directed; you don't need to be managed closely
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort with data and systems and willingness to use new tools.
- Genuine passion for digital health and what we're building WHO WILL THRIVE HERE You're early in your career but you operate with high ownership. You're the kind of person who notices when something's off and fixes it before anyone asks. You care about the work, not just the tasks. WHY JOIN US
- Meaningful ownership from the start. Own work that directly affects whether patients get care and clinicians succeed.
- A broad view of building a company. Work across clinical operations, patient experience, recruiting, and growth.
- In-person in SF (collaborative, fast-moving, and low-bureaucracy)
- Early enough to shape how the ops function is built
- Room to grow as the company scales WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base pay
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Free lunch and dinner in the office
