Staff Pharmacist (Ndhc)

This position performs outpatient pharmacy functions for the full range of pharmacy services provided by Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. to include controlled, investigational, highly potent, high alert, look-alike, sound-alike, chemotherapeutic and/or other medications requiring special handling. This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive medication management services in both inpatient and outpatient settings to improve clinical outcomes, prevent adverse events, and promote the safe and effective use of medications.
