Jerry Seiner Dealerships is hiring for two positions: Car Deal Clerk and Title Clerk to join our Consolidated Business Office in Salt Lake City!

We're looking for detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individuals to support our dealerships' accounting and administrative operations. Whether you have experience with automotive deal processing or vehicle titles and registration, this is a great opportunity to join a family-owned company that values accuracy, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

We welcome applicants interested in either position! Automotive accounting experience is preferred but not required, and training on our dealership computer systems will be provided.

What You'll Do

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

Car Deal Clerk: Process deal paperwork and provide accurate, timely clerical support for our automotive dealerships.

Title Clerk: Process vehicle title and registration paperwork to help ensure compliance with applicable federal and state requirements.

Accounting Support: Post and reconcile accounting transactions accurately while maintaining the integrity of financial records.

Customer Service: Provide professional, timely service to internal and external customers.

Confidentiality: Protect sensitive customer and company information.

Organization & Accuracy: Review documentation for completeness, follow detailed instructions, and meet established deadlines.

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment.

Self-motivation and a commitment to producing quality work.

A customer-focused attitude and professional communication skills.

Automotive accounting, deal processing, or title experience is preferred but not required.

Position Details

Pay: $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Location: Consolidated Business Office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Work Environment: Office setting with an adjustable-height sit-to-stand desk.

Training: Training on dealership computer systems and processes provided.
