We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to recruit high-quality talent across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities, and other corporate functions. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across manufacturing, finance, operations, and other non-technical functions Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruiting strategies, and provide market insights throughout the hiring process Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings and job postings through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide recruiting metrics and pipeline updates Promote the company's employer brand through candidate interactions, networking, recruiting events, and social media Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable employment laws, OFCCP guidelines, and company policies Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate quality Basic Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within a government contracting environment, including familiarity with OFCCP, EEO regulations, and audit-ready recruiting practices Experience with ATS platforms such as Pinpoint, Greenhouse, or Ashby Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup environment preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities Join a team of best-in-class engineers building the foundation of planetary surface exploration Equity ownership in the company Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and mental health support 401(k) plan with company match Flexible PTO and parental leave Home office set up reimbursement Weekly lunch stipend, plus complimentary snacks and beverages on-site Once a month social hour on-site with food and drinks
