Warranty Administrator

About the Role

Big Rock Toyota is seeking a full time highly organised and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with manufacturer policies and dealership procedures.

This position is ideal for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and liaising with multiple stakeholders. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing manufacturer warranty claims from submission through to reconciliation, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed within required timeframes.
