Job description
Manager of Clinical Services, Case Management Comp. Drug is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services, Case Management. The successful candidate will supervise, recruit and grow Comp. Drug’s Case Management services. The supervisor will collaborate with other members of the Clinical department, the admissions and medical teams to ensure case management services are available to patients in a timely and efficient manner.

Drug specializes in treating opioid use disorder through all FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), comprehensive counseling, and wrap-around supports. Our continuum of care includes outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient programming (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), psychiatric services, case management, and peer recovery support.
Comp. Drug offers a wide range of prevention, intervention, and community-based services for both youth and adults. These include evidence-based prevention programs, harm reduction initiatives, overdose prevention, and targeted outreach through our Community Health team. Comp. Work Arrangements: Full Time Essential Work Location – 75% onsite/25% remote Reports to: Chief Clinical Officer Duties Supervise and evaluate Case Managers Conduct Supervision, performance evaluations, case reviews Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process Provide onboarding and ongoing training to team Identify staff training needs and support professional development Monitor volume of Case Management services offered and address if needed Monitor Case Management Staff time with patients, clinical note completion and adherence to treatment plans.
Monitor quality and availability of local resource options Actively grow Comp. Drug’s roster of local resource options Represent the department in cross functional meetings Collaborate closely with external stakeholders and internal teams Support interdisciplinary coordination across services Participate in periodic required compliance processes Regular and Timely Attendance Requirements At least two years experience managing or supervising staff.
Preference for previous experience managing staff in a behavioral healthcare setting. Prior experience providing direct service to individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring disorder diagnoses. Bachelor’s degree required; masters preferred Current Ohio LCDC III, LICDC, or LICDC-CS; LISW or LISW-S; or LPCC or LPCC-S Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to grow, develop and/or expand programming. Experience providing services in behavioral health setting required. Strong knowledge of and ability to apply the principles of trauma informed care and resilience when working with patients. Comp. Drug is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are a drug free workplace.
