Job description
The Chief People Officer (CPO) serves as a strategic partner to the President & CEO and a key member of the executive leadership team. You are a visionary executive responsible for leading our comprehensive people strategy, fostering an inclusive culture, and optimizing the employee lifecycle across both non-union and unionized staff.
You will bridge organizational objectives with organizational capability ensuring people strategies align with Woodland Park Zoo's mission, values, and long-term organizational objectives.
