Job Description – Senior PPC Specialist Location: Gurugram Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week) Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field Job Summary We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to manage and optimize high-budget paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

The candidate will drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, maximize ROI, and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads. Manage lead generation campaigns, remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion funnels. Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of ads, audiences, and landing pages.

Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag. Develop performance dashboards using Looker Studio and analyze attribution models. Manage bidding strategies, campaign budgets, and automated optimization. Prepare performance reports and collaborate with SEO, content, design, and sales teams.

Requirements

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads. Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center. Strong understanding of PPC, performance marketing, lead generation, remarketing, CRO, and attribution models. Knowledge of Manual CPC, Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversions bidding strategies.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
