Full Time Kitchen Assistant

This position will assist the Executive Chef in ensuring proper food preparation, maintaining a high standard of service at all times, ensuring all health and safety regulations are implemented, adhered to and reviewed regularly, as well leading and training food production staff.

Qualifications

include formal culinary training with a minimum of 3-5 years of culinary production experience in a high volume kitchen environment required. Serv. Safe Certification is required or the ability to obtain the certification with 3 months of hire. Starting Pay Range: $15.16 - $17.57 an hour.
