Per Diem First Responder PR

As a Per Diem First Responder, you will directly contribute to Life. Link’s life-saving mission. The primary responsibility is to respond to hospital referrals on-site for the purpose of evaluating the potential for organ and tissue donation. This position will include building and maintaining strong relationships with appropriate hospital professionals.

You will work in collaboration with Referral Coordinators (RCs) and apply Life. Link’s policies and procedures when performing and documenting the timeliness, suitability, and response to organ and tissue referrals. Effectively communicate with hospitals, the Administrator on Call (AOC), Medical Director on Call (MDOC), management staff, FCC, ORC, and HD staff.
