WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth -- understanding what they want before presenting what we have
• Guide guests through Toyota's full lineup with growing product knowledge and confidence -- connecting reliability, value, technology, and the expanding hybrid and EV portfolio to what matters most to each buyer
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that bring the Toyota ownership experience to life
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI
• Stay current on Toyota's full lineup, incentive programs, and growing hybrid and EV offerings WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Automotive sales experience preferred -- candidates from hospitality, outdoor and lifestyle industries, financial services, real estate, or other consultative backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Toyota or Japanese brand experience a meaningful plus -- product knowledge is trainable, relationship skills are not
• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of repeat and referral buyers
• Disciplined CRM habits -- your pipeline stays productive because you work it consistently
• Comfortable with digital sales tools and communication -- or quick to learn them
