Job Summary

Grey Wolf Automotive Group is hiring Sales Consultantsfor North Country CJDR/FORD**. This is a non-commission, salary-based position** with performance bonuses tied to vehicle volume, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Designed for consistency, professionalism, and long-term success.

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

• $36,000 annual base salary** (paid bi-weekly)

• Monthly performance bonuses** based on vehicles sold

• 32+ unit accelerator bonus**

• Salesperson of the Month awards** ($1,500 / $1,000)

• Golden Eagle profit bonuses** on high-profit deals

• Annual longevity bonus** ($25 per vehicle sold)

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver FORD/CJDR vehicles** while providing an excellent customer experience

• Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely

• Attend required sales meetings, training, and FORD/CJDR OEM product courses**

• Maintain ethical conduct, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset

• Meet dealership and OEM CSI standards**

Performance Expectations

• Consistent vehicle sales production

• Maintain a rolling average of 10 vehicles per month**

• Meet or exceed OEM CSI standards** to qualify for bonuses

Qualifications

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Willingness to complete required FORD/CJDR OEM training**

• Valid driver’s license required
