Overnight Case Manager 14th Street

Unity House of Troy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Case Manager to join our Community Residence program located on 14th Street. Sunday–Wednesday | Overnight Shift Responsibilities Provide single-staff coverage in a residential setting for individuals living with mental health challenges. Assist residents with their needs and provide supportive counseling as appropriate. Provide service coordination and medication supervision for program participants.

Respond to crises and provide emergency assistance when needed. Ensure the safety, security, and satisfactory functioning of the residence. Complete light cleaning duties and occasional light lifting. Conduct required overnight safety routines and checklists. Participate in monthly fire drills and maintain house inventory.

Promote an environment of inclusion, respect, dignity, and belonging. Maintain accurate documentation and follow program policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and remain calm in emergency or crisis situations. Compassionate and respectful approach when working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Ability to complete required documentation and follow established procedures.

Previous experience in residential services, behavioral health, human services, or a related field is preferred.
