Hose Fabricator Technician - RW Connection

R/W Connection Inc., a leading distributor of Industrial Hose, Gaskets, Conveyor Belting, and MRO supplies for over 70 years, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our Industrial & Hydraulic Hose Department at our Landisville, PA headquarters.

Position Overview

This hands-on role involves assembling, testing, and preparing industrial and hydraulic hose products with precision and attention to detail. We provide training for motivated individuals interested in developing skills in a specialized trade within a stable and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and crimp industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies to customer specifications. Read and interpret work orders, customer requirements, and job specifications. Perform pressure testing and quality inspections on finished assemblies. Operate hose fabrication, cutting, and crimping equipment safely and efficiently.

Manage inventory through cycle counts, stocking, and order preparation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality products and excellent customer service. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and machinery. Basic math, measuring, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Prior fabrication, hose, hydraulic, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.
