Description Alert servers when guests are in need of attention. Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves. Carry soiled dishes to the dish area. Ensure availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, napkins, and other dining materials. Washing dishes. Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.

Taking out the trash.
