Operative Purchasing & Procurement Specialist / Penang, Malaysia

Tasks: Daily processing of order proposals and placement of purchase orders for defined Commodity Checking order confirmations, monitoring delivery dates and reconciling quantities, including interface management Maintaining and optimizing supplier relationships Managing complaints and monitoring delivery reliability and quality Participation of Supplier Evaluation, determining KPIs – On Time Delivery (OTD) Maintenance of material master data for Dispo-Relevant parameters Handling of Tickets for department relevant tasks Prioritization of Incoming IQC handling for Mechanic Collaboration with international locations Profile: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in purchasing good SAP knowledge very good English language skills (written and spoken), Mandarin language skills are an advantage Independent and structured work style, service-oriented approach, flexibility and teamwork skills Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
