About the Opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our Asset & Facilities Maintenance team at our Coppabella Village, located approximately two hours inland from Mackay, Queensland. Coppabella is Civeo's largest accommodation village, featuring modern accommodation, quality dining facilities, a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, sports courts and social hub.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering reactive, planned and preventative maintenance across refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring our village facilities remain safe, compliant and operational for our guests and residents.

This is a permanent full-time position working a lifestyle-friendly 7/7 roster. About the Benefits Annual salary of $130,099.50 + superannuation Lifestyle-friendly 7/7 roster Permanent full-time position with long-term career opportunities FIFO from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sydney or Melbourne Comfortable single-room accommodation with ensuite, air conditioning, TV and refrigerator provided while on site Chef-prepared meals and crib provided while on site (catering for all preferences / allergies / intolerances) Access to on-site recreational facilities including gyms, pools and social hubs (facilities vary by village) Free bus service between Mackay and site Drive in, Drive Out available for local candidates (+ $7k annual incentive bonus incorporated into your equalized fortnightly pay) Employee benefits including retailer discounts, reward programs and access to confidential counselling services for you and your family About You To be successful, you will have: Trade Qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic Current QBCC Licence (required to legally perform refrigeration and air conditioning work in Queensland) Current Refrigerant handling licence Restricted Electrical Work Licence (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence Minimum two years' experience maintaining and repairing refrigeration and cold room systems Experience installing, servicing and fault-finding commercial air conditioning systems, including ducted units Experience maintaining heat pump hot water systems Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills with the ability to work autonomously Experience in accommodation, hospitality, facilities maintenance or other high-volume service environments, preferably across multiple sites Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ready to Apply?
