Starting with the role: We are searching to hire a Risk Manager to join the Risk Management Department .

You will be responsible for developing and monitoring the risk control framework including the respective policies and processes. Location: Maroussi During your day you will: Develop and maintain a robust risk control framework for Energy Management and Trading activities, aligning with the risk strategy Implement and enhance risk control policies and processes based on best practices, ensuring compliance of Energy Management and Trading activities Develop and maintain risk management reporting (P&L

• Mark to Market, Greeks, Value-at-Risk, and associated limits) to accurately reflect trading books' performance Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to assess the effectiveness of risk control measures Work closely with Energy Management and Trading teams to understand positions taken and market behavior, providing insights to Senior Management and support to Front Office where required Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of potential market events on Energy Management and Trading portfolios, including stress testing to gauge resilience under adverse conditions.
