Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a proven track record of selling off-plan properties directly for a real estate developer. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing international clients, building long-term relationships, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to local and international investors. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct property presentations, consultations, and project demonstrations. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from inquiry through handover.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience working directly for a real estate developer is required. Experience with a real estate developer is essential; agency-only experience will not be considered. Demonstrated ability to work with international clients and investors across different nationalities. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills. Excellent relationship management and customer service skills. Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
