RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, plan, and execute the roadmap for the team, focusing on introducing new ways to improve application performance Work on the design of complex features across the platform Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Work with team members on technological and architectural topics to drive engineering excellence SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer (Java) 2+ years of practical hands-on experience in developing and researching algorithms Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases (e.
