• SPECIAL EDUCATION (FUNCTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS CLASSROOM) 2026-2027 School Year 187 Days | Calendar #10 Special Education certification is required. This position is eligible for up to $6,000 Special Education Teacher & Self-Contained Classroom stipend. Competitive TIA Allotment: Highly effective teachers at Caldwell Heights have the opportunity to earn additional compensation, ranging from $4,821.00 to $18,069.00 through TIA. Entry Qualifications: bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and valid Texas teacher certificate with required endorsements or required training for the subject and level assigned.
